New viruses and spyware are created everyday, that put your data, privacy, and hardware at risk. Checking email, downloading files, even browsing the web exposes your computer to hundreds, possibly thousands of different malicious programs

If your computer becomes infected possible consequences are:
  • Compromised user privacy
  • Pop-ups & unwanted ads
  • Reduced performance
  • File corruption
  • Data Loss
  • Hardware Failure
Many virus and spyware protection programs today block viruses before they have a chance to enter your system. If such programs are used consistantly and effectivly by setting them to run at all times and update automatically the risk to you and your system is greatly reduced.

However, one very important thing to remember:

There is no virus protection software, operating system, or browser that is 100% secure 100% of the time.

Safe web practices are the best way to protect your computer and yourself.
